As a photographer (and someone who knew nothing about racing), I remember thinking I would walk on down to the Watkins Glen Grand Prix Festival and capture a few stunning images of fast cars, sleek lines, and shiny objects. What I found was something far more profound. 

           The Grand Prix is not just about racing, or cars, or checkered flags … it is a celebration of human ingenuity, perseverance, and bonding experience for the world over and a small community. It’s a testament to generations of innovators who have pushed boundaries, challenged conventions, built machines that defied expectations, and those who gave all for their love of racing.

          I’ve been humbled by the stories behind these cars, the passion of their owners, and the camaraderie that binds this Village together. It’s an honor to share a glimpse of this world through my photos. How lucky are we to live in Watkins Glen, a place that hosts this incredible event year after year. I encourage everyone to experience it for themselves and bring the family along.
